Oboe, Music Theory, and College Applications for Musicians

My name is Phil Rashkin, and I’m a musician, performer, educator, and mentor for many of the country’s most talented high school musicians.

In my career, I’ve worked as a music director, conductor, oboe player, piano player, composer, and dedicated music teacher.

I’ve been on the faculty of arts high schools, pre-college music programs, and nationally ranked public and private schools. I offer one-on-one coaching to students who want to take their musicianship to the highest level.
